Together with Chris, Kristi (AKA KiKi) is the co-publisher and editor-in-chief of Medium publications The Memoirist, Age of Empathy, QuickTalk, The Mayhem, Black Bear, and The Writing Pub, all of which she founded. She also writes The Art of Memoir on Substack. Ki has been a professional writer and editor for well over too many decades to count. Although she considers herself a genre jack-of-all-trades, memoirs and essays are her passion. Previous accolades for her work include the honor of receiving BlogHer's Voice of the Year Award in Humor and gracing the Los Angeles stage in the premiere cast of the essay reading stage show Listen to Your Mother. Her work has been published in The Printed Blog, BlogHer, Hello Giggles, and The Huffington Post. Ki's greatest aspiration is to be the perfect blender baby of David Sedaris, Dorothy Parker, Jennifer Coolidge, and TIna Fey.
